Feeling good. Back on the treadmill. Down 2 pounds. MD encouraged me so good yesterday. Goal is to be at goal by my birthday 8/22/10. Come on --I can do this!

1+2_3= 6
1 meal, 2 snacks, 3 shakes a day-->exercise is 6 x a week!!
236.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

You and I have the same goal we're heading to in the same amount of time. my bday is 8-23 and I'm hoping to be to goal just before that.. I have.. 50 to get there.. so Best of LUCK! As you said, you can do this!!!!
