I haven't been following the SB diet at all. School has been crazy... so I would eat whenever I got time and whatever was easiest to grab and go. I have decided to start back at phase 1 agian, in hopes that I can jump start the new year. It's gonna be tough but I think I can do it!
168.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 23.5 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Maybe you can sneak in a little time to prepare a few things to eat for your week. That truly saves me when I am in a rush or I will eat anything! Good luck. You can do it!
