I am a teenager ready to take on the world... okay maybe I had better conquer myself first. I am on a mission to find a better, healthier, thinner lifestyle. I am head to college in the fall and stress is going to be high but I know if I stick with the South Beach style it will help me with a lot more then just my wieght!
