check the nutrition facts of the fresh italian turkey sausage at store. The one I selected had very high sodium. I thought it would have about 300+ not 500+. Did I pick wrong or was it really that high. If really that high I should never eat more than 1 a day.

the atkins snnack bars that I bought were also. They really took care of my desire to eat the ice cream in the freezer.

About 2500 mg of sodium today and I havent eaten a thousand calories unless I eat something else. People are way too quick to recommend sodium broth as a catch all for everything without asking any questions or knowing what actual sodium intake is.
