Lot's of yard work and it is only noon. Decided to weigh myself before a shower.

Have not figured out meals yet but we are getting closer each day. Just being aware of what we are eating is helping.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
