I'm back!! It's been well over a year since I've been on here. Last time was right after I had my daughter (Nov., 2008). I couldn't do the diet b/c she had reflux. Well.... I ended up having ANOTHER baby February 4, 2010. This time I had a boy. So.... I have got some baby weight to lose!
I started back today. I did 35 minutes on the elliptical and have been right on with Phase I of the diet. I tried to start back at the beginning of the month but just couldn't do it. So.... hopefully I can stick to it this time. I desperately want to get this weight off.... as I'm sure everyone else wants to! lol
