I haven't been on in almost 2 months. I haven't exercised, I haven't stuck to a diet, I haven't kept on anything. I ignored fat secret and that made it okay to give up. I'm back now and I'm trying. I started doing the special K diet on monday and have stuck to it. I am still not having fatty desserts, I have started having mini popsicles if I feel like something sweet. My exercise has definately not been up to par but I am doing a 5k walk with my husband and son tomorrow. I need to work on motivation. Everyday I feel no motivation to get up and go. I need to start doing more. Its time for action not excuses.
