yesterday was day 5 and today day 6. Doing good! Had a bit of a headache yesterday and a few trips to the BR (TMI) yesterday even/night But all in all I'm doing ok :-) Normally Friday night & weekends are tough for me, but I am determined to stick this one out. I'm still deciding whether to keep with the CSD another week or just do Cabbage soup with eating some fruits in the morning and vegies in the afternoon, in other words modifying it just a bit so I don't have to have the banana skim milk day (not my fav) or the meat days unless I have the craving and limit that to once or twice with portion control throughout (which is my big downfall). That might help with the it all, at least for 1 week. But as I said not sure yet. It is kind of nice knowing that I will only have certain things on certain days though. But on banana SM day I might try the Greek yogurtI, someone said they do it and works well. They even make a zero one now which looks like it doesn't have sugar or other unwanted ingredients. So, I guess I will decide for certain when I wake Monday morning :-) But again at the least I will make another batch of cabbage soup this weekend :-)
