Ok, I'm going home in about 6 months, I've set my goal to be down to 200 lbs by then. Would be so great to come home and make a fresh start. Have tried every diet I've ever hear of, and nothing is working, so this time I'm doing it on my own. Can someone tell me though, how do you get rid of that chocolate addiction? At least now I can monitor my calorie intake. But how many calories is ok per day. According to this I could eat up to 2500 kcal every day, that is way more than I usually eat, so that can't be right. AND, if anyone has a good healthy snack to share, please tell me. This american food, so full of sugar, is driving me bananas :D
