today was a great day..am doing so much better at my healthy food choices not struggling as much..and am much better at fighting off temptation..today i turned down birthday cake not because am dieting but because i didn't want any i was so full from dinner i actually said..no thanks.
288.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 128.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
