Today I felt extremely good and at 4pm I weighed the same as in the morning despite eating lunch and drinking a lot of water. I hadn't been intaking many calories until dinner. I decided to cook myself something and didn't realize just how many calories rice had! Don't have rice for diets people, stick to oatmeal or some whole wheat bread.
