I had a great deal of pain earlier in the day and did not feel like eating. I ate a good dinner though. Bought groceries to prepare for the week. Could not find any atkins products at the stores except for bars and shakes.

Froze the bars and had one at night for snack. It was really good. I had one earlier today, but plan to only have one a day in the evening in the future.

Cooked pork butt so I need to find some recipes for it. I also cooked a couple of amazon chicken breast. Three of us split one breast... it was huge. So have another breast for another time.
