Ok have started over as I had forgotten about this site.Also I had gained weight when I quit smoking.I was up to 225lbs at one point but have joined the Y and have gone down to 219 so I am starting over and hope to shed some of these lbs.
219.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
