Aww that's better. I am now down to 183.4. A triumph that I am still losing weight and not hungry. This weekend was a challenge because the usual meal time signs were not there as they are at work, and I was home with my food. I accidentally skipped breakfast one morning and didn't know when I was allowed to eat lunch. I didn't get hungry for lunch but I ate a little something but then started getting this dull invisible ache to munch. I tried to withhold myself until dinner, but afterwards ended up trying a bit of fruit here and there to make it go away. Finally I bought a special k bar and some WW yogurt and that did the trick. I've got both now for such an occasion.

Did I say this is amazing to still be losing weight?

I did 75 situps in my exhaustion test which boosted me into the third collumn for this week. boy is it a lot tougher.
