I've been through a really hard time. I've been at my lowest point in life where I just felt I was at the breaking point. How much pain can one person endure? I've kept a journal of sorts, and I finally reached out to let people know i was hurting. I was disappointed in some, but overall I believe people were supportive and loving. I feel strength building and I believe it's their prayers. I'm so thankful.
I've come to some decisions, and I'm seriously considering more. I'm saying a final good-bye to Darrell in a letter, and I'm breaking up with Eric. I need to be alone. I need to relearn me. I'm considering changing my name. When I move, I'm considering cutting off my mom and dad. Also, I think I'm finished with organised religion - and that scares me. I'm going to work on self-improvement thru education. I plan to make FB less prominent by only checking before bed. That should save an enormous amount of time. And I'm cautiously starting over on a healthy lifestyle.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
