It seems that I'm not really following Atkins with my whole heart.
So decided maybe I need to call it my own and modify Atkins to be
lower carbs but with added fruit and some breads. Try to stay within
60 carbs a day. If this doesn't work then back to straight Atkins.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
