It has been a bit more than a month now since my last weigh-in and found that I already lost and additional 10 pounds of my weight. I am still on a strict Ketogenic Diet combined with 12-hour fast/feast eating once in the morning and once in the evening, with no exercise yet, but once I get my hands on some BCAAs then maybe I could start with my strength training to tone up my muscles.

Today, I am going to my local hospital to have my blood chem in preparation for my quarter checkup with my endocrinologist. Hoping for good results as I intend to convince my doctor about the good benefits of being in a Ketogenic Diet, one that has been continually shunned by traditional doctors and dieticians especially in our workplace.

Maybe, just maybe once I get my own set of abs will everyone believe the benefits and potency of the diet.

For everyone still on the diet and not yet receiving results, just keep calm and Keto On! :)
163.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Today I found that (Thanks to a youtube vid by Thomas DeLauer) BCAA capsules contains Soybean oils and Soy Lecithin inside (not allowed on Keto) and that once ingested could spike my insulin levels and will kick me out of ketosis in an instant. I will not be buying those anymore and just stick with warm water with MCT/VCO before going into my planned daily exercise :)
