So I stopped by at a mini mart and based on my also mini budget, here's what I got:

(For breakfast)
Wheatbix - It's a cereal compressed to look like a biscuit
Non-Fat Milk

(For Lunch)
For the salad:
Baby Potatoes
Young Corns
Wheat croutons
Eggs (To be boiled)
Then a dressing (I got a Thousand Island)

(Afternoon snack)
Red Apples (Cut to strips)
Cream Cheese (For dip)

Umh, so what do you all think?

Any Meal Plan Suggestion for a Sedentary Worker?
Thanks for replies! We are allowed to bring in food to the office though the problem is that we don't have heating tools for them. But I kinda liked the Idea of "finger foods" and "dips" so ill be taking notes on them =)

Umh, aside from Sliced apples, carrots for finger munchies and yogurt and hummus for dips, what can you also suggest for me to bring in?

Any Meal Plan Suggestion for a Sedentary Worker?
I am 172lb 5,5" Sedentary worker who always works in front of a PC and I really want to slim down to my target weight 145lbs. I do workout only in the evening after I get home and I usually eat less or don't eat anything at all at that time too.

My problem would be the type of food that I should eat when I'm at work early in the morning and at lunchtime by noon. Can anyone give me suggestions or give their own diet routine for that time?
