I find it very telling how closely tied depression is to appetite. I believe I would be a thin woman if I could control my emotions. I don’t know how to break the link. I guess recognizing the problem is the first step. Tomorrow is another day and maybe my heartbreak will get pushed to the back again. Look forward and trudge on
