My weight is still hanging onto my fat a...! I do believe that for me weight loss will not happen...I have illimated all forms of sugar, all grains, all fruit, except for occasional serving of blueberrys...all soy and whey...don't drink milk, never have...all butter...now use coconut oil...I love cheese so it is a hard one but am working on it...
I make all my salad dressings usung only monosaturated fats...make homemade mayo,
I do have a daily cocktail lately...have gone several months "dry"...it doesn't seem to make any difference in achieving weight loss...cocktail or not...I'm still fat!
I do swim 3 hours weekly...and now that the weather is "good"...walking is on my to do list...except when the black flies are out...couldn't survive the bitting bugs.
196.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 64.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
