Kinda lost motivation for tracking my diet in the last week or so. Really motivated for exercise, but tired of not seeing any progress in the weight loss department. I feel like maybe I have been watching it all too close and that I'd be less discouraged if I weren't trying so hard and concentrate instead on lifestyle changes and let the weight do what it wants. IT should eventually start going down 'cause I am exerting more than eating.

Diet Calendar Entries for 30 April 2012:

Lifestyle changes is def the way to go.. Have you taken your measurements - could be you are making progress there :-)

Thanks Pam. Not officially, but I am noticing a change in my waist. AND I feel better.
