today I start my diet again. Wish me luck
179.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1339 kcal Fat: 49.35g | Prot: 127.03g | Carb: 94.81g.   Breakfast: Veggie Breakfast Sausage Patties, Egg White, Orange Juice, strawberries, Egg, strawberry banana low fat yogurt. Lunch: grapes, celery, 6 baby carrots, almonds, Chicken Meat (with Broth, Canned). Dinner: Beef Stock (Home Prepared), Jalapeno Yogurt Dip, Beef Inside Skirt Steak (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat). Snacks/Other: Premium Fudge Bars, Babybel light. more...
