today I start my diet again. Wish me luck

1339 kcal Fat: 49.35g | Prot: 127.03g | Carb: 94.81g.   Breakfast: strawberry banana low fat yogurt, strawberries, Orange Juice, Veggie Breakfast Sausage Patties, Egg, Egg White. Lunch: celery, 6 baby carrots, grapes, almonds, Chicken Meat (with Broth, Canned). Dinner: Jalapeno Yogurt Dip, Beef Inside Skirt Steak (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Beef Stock (Home Prepared). Snacks/Other: Premium Fudge Bars, Babybel light. more...
