Hello My Name is Maggie, I'm 30 years old and I've had a constant battle with weight loss since I can remember. I got to 207 at one point and now I'm starting FatSecrets at 167lbs. My goal is 140-145lbs.

This past year I completed my first triathlon and I'm looking to do another one in October 2010. I want to be 20lbs lighter so its not a difficalt as my first one.

If anyone want to chat or just motivate each other that would be great.

Is anybody else on the 17 day diet??
Yes I've started this diet. I actually started by juicing all my veggies and fruits that are about a week old. then I decided to do a cleansing where I only eat fresh foods. I've always had problems with my weight even though I exercise about an hour a day 5-7days per week and I just have a hard time with weight. Then my sister mentioned this diet and I decided to do this diet and follow it closely.

Hot water with lemon squeezed in water 15-30min before breakfast I’ve helps with boosting up my metabolism and gets me going in the morning.

I had a great breakfast today:
1 egg: 100 caleries

Blend together with Magic Bullet
1 cup of plain yogurt: 130 calories
5 strawberries : 19 caleries
(Add splenda if you really need some sweetness in here but I don’t do that)

a cup of coffee.
unsweetened almond milk 35 caleries
splenda.


It was filling and only 290 celeries.
