gave up cheese and now I am loosing so fast, I kept stalling and I am very strict, I never cheat. I am so pleased.
147.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It is amazing how small changes can make such a differnce. I have given up cheese (and peanut butter - both real weaknesses for me)before to get to a goal..now that I am close to my ultimate goal I try to just go with the slower rate and not give up too much. Wishing you the BEST!

This WOE is definitely an adventure. It is all about tweaking to find out what works with your body and what doesn't. I just stopped eating MIM's and it has made a huge difference! Good job!
