Bittersweet day. I didn't do so badly until I ended up sitting around a bowl of candied mixed nuts. That Trader Joe's Sweet and Salty Trek Mix will be the death of me :(
Fortunately, however, things are looking good for the first real weight drop below starting - which is good because my starting weight was in the morning after a day of near-fasting. 127.2 tonight, fingers crossed for <126.5 tomorrow (:
