OK, it is Sunday again and I am sticking with the double calories on Sunday plan. I over exercised because I was feeling guilty and had to move my exercise walk with my mother to Monday because I use the little red arrow to show me my big Sunday days on the calendar. Even though this diet plan makes me a little nervous, I am glad I am doing it. First, it is the first time I have ever been able to binge guilt free and that is nice. I actually have trouble hitting the recommended calories. Second, this works well because I know when I am struggling during the week that I only have to make it to Sunday to eat what I want. The plan seems to be working because I am down five pounds.

Glad you lost weight. Are you trying the "spiking" plan in which you eat extra one day per week to sort of jolt your metabolism? I will be excited to learn how it works for you. It makes sense but I would fear I would gain instead of lose. HCB

I don't know the name of the plan. My sister says she is getting a book. I tried the plan early because I have always had problems with binge eating. This plan seems to allow it (if you can make it to the end of the week). My weight does go up right afterward and after three weeks I have learned to not even weigh myself until three days later. 150 is my difficult, plateau weight. We'll see how it goes.

It is the spiking plan. Some call it the indulgence diet.
