Started the one3one diet on Monday 11/27 which is basically clean eating with very low carbs and no dairy. I have been sick this week so I haven't been very hungry. I have followed the diet for the most part, but not strictly. I think I can tell when I have cheese. I feel much less bloated now that I haven't been drinking and have cut out most processed food.
