I'm now only overweight by 1.5 kilos. My waist is still over 40 inches - in fact my measurements are getting to be almost the same all the way down. I have skinny extremities and a fatty front.

This last couple of weeks losses have come off my skinny wrist - I've lost an inch in the circumference - it's maddening.
