I've been sticking to the 3 tablespoons of peanut butter - sugar & oil free, of course.
I ate out on Saturday - Lemon & Garlic Chicken, salad & chips. Drank coffee and fizzy water.
On Monday I ate as a vegetarian - mixed spicy beans & cheese.
Other than that I've not bothered.
Yesterday my ketones were 0.9 in the morning. I had rather a large glass of sherry yesterday evening and my ketones dropped to 0.3.
