Try, try, again. Remember tomorrow is another day. One of my big problems has been this cheat day thing. I think I just need to put my foot down and stop cheating - I'm doing well, losing weight even if it's only a pound a week.. I could've cheated big time Sunday at a family gathering where all my obese relatives were pigging out and I didn't cheat after reading a posting by a guy last week in someone's journal that it's a lifestyle change...
