Sunday is usually my cheat day as I go out to eat after church and I usually stay in my calorie range because i dont eat dinner but hubby made tacos so i ate while i did homework (didnt need them because i wasnt hungry and couldnt taste them because i was focused on my work) and now im over my rdi and didnt get a work out in to boot, might still go workout but its my day with hubby and i will feel guilty but im still gonna try and squeeze it in because I already missed two days this week and I like to work out a min of 5 days a week SOOOO this week i am gonna be really tight with my food intake and step up the exercise to counter a not so stellar week. Goal is to get out of the 160s by weeks end. And oh i lost the 1.5 lbs i gained from my other slip up (probably gained it back after today *roll eyes*) but wont weight until sunday.
ok time for some hubby time, its movie night!!
Update: Hubby fell asleep on me while waiting for me to finish my homework so I got a workout in!! I didnt do my normal hour I only did 35 mins but considering the hour and the fact that i gotta get up in the am and go to work i figure it was better then nothing, now off to bed!!!
