Feeling very hungry today...grrr. Hopefully my willpower will kick in so I can stay on track.
I am starting to feel pretty good. Since cutting out cigarettes and soda, my body feels better than it has in years.

I had exactly the same kind of day earlier this week - wanted to eat everything in sight and no matter how much I ate I was still hungry. Ate mostly healthy snacks until night time, went out with a friend and....two glasses of wine, calamari, bread and a bibb salad later...OY!
Don't worry - give your body what its asking for, even if only in moderation. I'm a firm believer that if you do too much depriving your body strikes back! Or at least, mine does!
Water fills you up (though, it does NOTHING for me to sooth hunger pangs!)....only other suggestion that helps me is to eat something spicy - for some reason that helps curb my appetite.
