Thought I managed Thanksgiving well. Ate little portions and didn't get "full". The worse thing I ate was a piece of apple pie, and I knew that would happen. But it was a small piece. No pumpkin pie or pecan. Didn't bring anything home although my niece was begging to take some pie or the cheese logs. I figured one day was enough! Was surprised Friday morning to see the scale showed me up nearly 4 pounds! But then today it was exactly the same as Thursday morning. Meant to be good today but went to lunch with my sister and ordered a burger and fries!!!! Ate half the burger and about 10 fries. Brought the rest home and gave the half burger to my dog and the hamburger bun and remaining fries went to the backyard for either the deer or birds to eat. Just got back from my walk and the bread and fries are gone so assume the deer had a snack. Kinda wish I had ordered a salad, but that was my last meal of the day so I think I'll be okay.
