I have gone over in calories, but it doesn't seem to be affecting my weight loss :) I know a calorie is a calorie, but I am not eating flour & sugar so probably because I am eating clean food. Dont want to keep tipping at 1900 like yesterday. Funny I would be down a pound the next day. I am exercising really hard and not cutting corners (haha) and also, I am really enjoying it!! Feels good to sweat. Feels good to have muscles "feeling it". Drinking lots of water too. All good.
