I previously said no weighed~in today but it is what it is. it's only 23' at 8am but will be walking at least 30mins about 1pm. I hope all my FS Friends had a Wonderful Thanksgiving.
211.4 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 38.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
