THE DAY AFTER..gooood friday morning..new day..great ride on zwift..enjoyed yesterdays meal..an now back to getting back into the healthy eating habits again..had leftovers..put them in freezer..can use them at next cheat meal..
woke up to 31 outside with wind chill of 25..wanted to do an outside ride yesterday..since everyone was home or gone..no traffic great day to ride..but with wind blowing..was just to cold..might try to get one today if weather co operates..
did a 18.2 mile ride..75 minutes..14.5 ave speed..burned off 579 calories...yesterdays ride on zwift..burned off over 600..before the meal..was hoping it would help with burning off the food taken in..an it did..weight was the same by end of the day compared to what it was yesterday morning..
well...gonna get changed back into comfy clothes..then have breakfast..an get salad made for later...
