After sticking to my diet for most of the day (yesterday), I decided to enjoy (without guilt) a non-diet Thanksgiving meal. But I'm back on my diet, because I must be determined to reach my goal. The holidays are really about enjoying family and eating, but I know I can still stick relatively close to my diet despite these good, holiday times.
