Crap! Another day well below my 1400 calorie goal! I know it's okay every now and then but I have to figure out how to make sure I am getting my calories in. I tend to snack in the afternoon but it's lots of fruits and veggies so I get full and by the time dinner comes around, I'm not really that hungry. Tonight, I didn't want to eat a lot of carbs after going to the gym and I forgot that I planned on eating Trader Joe's harvest grain mix and I didn't eat it.
Now to figure out what to eat to at least get me over 1200 calories without being too heavy...
Well, I managed to find a WW Toffee Crunch Ice Cream Bar and some Skinny Pop Popcorn to get me close to 1200.
