Sorry no journal yesterday I had an awful day yesterday very stressful!!! I was good not to overeat but didn't eat till really late last night. I worry about the stress effecting my weight loss so I am trying to just let it go. Trying different workouts every day this week last night I did yoga... but still sore from the work out on monday.
