17 hour fast . Then I had 1 avocado, 3 eggs, spinach, some cheese, and bacon all together. About 900 calories. @. 10 am. I'll do something similar @ 5 pm. That's it.
219.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
