put on 5pounds in a week being on holiday.....
carnt say im really happy at the moment. i had a good week holiday away but i put on 5 pounds. just want to lose this weight now. its too much of a long slogg. i dont want to hit july and still be trying to lose weight. fed up ;-((
202.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
