I’m just using this for calorie management, I don’t really find the exercises I do because I’m in gym. So no clear way to say but I walk an hour everyday, and eat pretty well to me at least. I have gym everyday and I do abs before bed (work out) and 10 push ups and 100 count run in place. Abs include; 20 touch toes, 20 feet taps, 20 sit ups, and 20 feet hold. Least that’s what I call then you lay down and do all of them so that’s a plus! I’m 13 and 95 pounds, 5”3.
