i need to be more consistent!! having a hard time fitting in exercise again besides my lunch time walk. also i need to up my protein intake.
would like to lose 5 lbs by Jun bezch trip!
199.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
