Weekend vacation decided to not adhere strictly to any diet, too difficult when traveling by car and staying with my mom. Stayed away from many of the temptations, like left-over Easter candy, snacked more than ate meals. Over 8 hours of driving to get from work on Friday afternoon, didn't stop for anything but gas and a bag of pork rinds plus ice tea. Two big meals, one Saturday night with steak and a glass of wine (liquor is off my current diet entirely, but took about half of my steak home and only had one piece of dark bread). Sunday, I ate at Cracker Barrel, fried chicken breast (ate one, took one with me), turnip greens with ham and hash brown casserole...tasty, filling and really the only meal of the day). The drive home was much easier...and faster, but I indulged in a high-calorie coffee drink and munched peanut butter-filled pretzels. Will weigh in at the gym tonight and see what the "damage" may be...
