Still recovering from what feels like pulled upper thigh muscle/tendens, exasperated last Wednesday during my evening trendmill exercise. Limping a lot during normal walking; need to find an alternative workout for this evening. Ate out 3 times this past weekend, but managed to keep them fairly low-carb, though a little fat-heavy...still trying to find the right mix. Co-worker commented that she sees a difference already...yeah! Scale still stubbornly not reflecting much in the way of a measurable loss and didn't get measured until last Tuesday morning; I'll give it another week and re-measure.
