My period started on Saturday, so of course I felt awful & it was incredibly hard to not indulge in my normal "monthly treats", but I stayed strong-- day #5 & loving every minute!!
115.0 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
