BACK TO FASTING 20/4..goood thursday morning..im trying to get back into my habit of fasting for longer..when i was doing the 20/4 fasting i found it easier to stick with eating and staying on track easier..yesterday was my first day of getting back on track..will tweak my food menu today alittle more..

im still thinking that the colder days..less time out in the sun..no sun today..cloudy again today..im thinking less sun..colder days..wanting to stay in warmer clothes is all of whats causing the feeling of hybernating more and more part of the weight not wanting to budge as much...an thats ok..as long as it doesnt keep creeping up more..long as i plateau at some point im fine with that...

rode in zwift again today...34 outside with a wind chill 29..who in their right mind wants to get out in that if they dont have to..but i am thinking of dressing up in layers after while an doing a short walk..just thinking more movement might be a positive thing to get me more in the mood to keep more active this year..instead of keeping the recliner well used...

was a slower ride this morning..didnt even want to ride..but knew i needed the exercise..keeping consistant at exercise is just as important to me as eating right..today im thinking tomorrow is gonna be a day off to rest..but then again in the morning..i might feel like im ready to ride again...

todays mileage was 4091 miles for the year..averaging around 100 miles per week..hoping to hit 4300 by end of month..an by end of dec 4700..ive already went way past last year..last year i did 1500 miles..so this year i did good..challenging myself helps keep me more focused an on track..

WELL...TIME TO GET THE SALAD OUT OF FRIDGE I MADE WHEN I HAD BREAKFAST..AN THEN GET BACK INTO FASTING MODE..SEEMS HARD TO GET IN THAT MIND SET..BUT I ALSO KNOW ONCE I GET BACK INTO THAT MINDSET..IL BE MORE FOCUSED AN ON TRACK...
