Third day on Cruise No Belly Fat diet. It was a bit better today although I'm still not feeling as full and satisfied as I used to. However, tonight I will get a treat of no sugar jello and cottage cheese because I kept under my sugar count so well today. Yeah Me! I'm going to order some cookbooks from the library before I buy them to check them out. I've been off of aspartame for a year and a half and except for no sugar Jello I don't eat it. Unfortuetly, I haven't found a jello that is sugar free that uses natural stevia sweetener. On the night my nephew died I was driving home and was so exhausted that I stopped for a diet coke at McDonald's. I needed the caffeine to be able to drive home. It was heavenly and reawakened my craving for soda which I had been of of for a year and a half. But I'm back off of the soda again and I think considering the day I had had that it was understandable to give in once. Tuesday I'm going to go to the local health food store and try to see what I can get there without sugar. I won't weigh in until Thursday so we will see how this goes. Still craving sweets but less today.
