I was going to not weight in until Thursday but I had to stop in at the doctor's office to drop off some paperwork and pick up pills. So I weighed in early. I have stuck to the criteria of the diet although my version may be a bit high fat but well within the sugar/carb limits. I was disappointed I had only lost one pound. I guess I should be happy with that but as hungry as I have been and as much cravings as I've had I would have thought I would have dropped at least a couple of pounds. However, on the up side my sugars have been fantastic. Well within my range and much lower than the last 6 months. I think the low sugar/ low carb thing is working for that at least and that is half the battle. I'll stick with it for now and see how things continue. Wish me luck.
398.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 98.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
