Also at times feel dizzy, does anyone take vitamins if not sure getting right nutrients? Appreciate any guidance on this new journey!

Hi Sprtmm- I would suggest less carbs/sugar, more protein and not drinking your calories. Your exercise log shows no sleep which I presume is incorrect. But adequate sleep is important. As far as vitamins go, be sure that you at least get the water soluble vitamins daily (a full B-complex, at least 100% RDA each B vitamin, and at least 500 mg Vitamin C with bioflavonoids). Look up what a full spectrum B-complex is comprised of. There are a few multivitamins that include these, but most leave out or have low doses of $ome of the B vitamin$, claiming the average diet supplies plenty. Best to get them all (not just Niacin, Thiamine, Riboflavin) together since they work together and need each other. (What is average, anyway?) Dizziness could be unrelated to your diet, and a trip to the doctor may be advisable. Are you drinking plenty of good, clear water?

Wow just learned how to see responses. Learning this system. Thank you all for looking at my information and your guidance. I drink about5-6 waters a day. My coffee in morning is biggest downfall, 5 sugars! Also I am a huge carb girl mostly because I don’t like red meat. I will try more protein with other options. Thanks for all the help here!!!

I use another website to track my nutritional values and you might be lacking something if you feel dizzy. If I eat little during the day and track deficiencies in some vit and minerals then I take supplements, I think it is important. Also, fibre, water, protein and fat including sleep is important. Good luck.

Thank you on the supplemental suggestion! I never knew hard hard it could be to try to learn how to eat better. I have a long journey but I am up for it! I am working with my doctor now on right vitamins, hopeful that will give me relief from the dizziness. I am working on learning better choices, understanding what is protein, fiber etc. Good luck to all of you on your journey as well!!
